After two months of tasting and testing (oh woe is me, I know), I’ve finally shared my version of Japanese soft-cream over at La Fuji Mama’s site. Rachael and I met in Japan a few months ago and we have been fast friends ever since. I’m honored to have such a great mentor and fellow foodie friend.
My post also shows off a “sundae” that I made with the soft serve. Inspired by Chocolate Covered Katie’s Hot Chocolate Butter, I simply mixed 3 T of melted coconut oil with 1/2 c of cocoa powder. Stir it up and you have sauce to drizzle on your soft cream!
