October Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger Roundup
Wooh boy, do I have a delicious round up for you guys! If you want to know more about the ins & outs of the Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger event, check out my sign up post here. You can also see the pumpkin spice coconut macaroons I made from Jenni’s site the Urban Poser!
Without further ado, let’s check out the other participants’ mouth-watering creations:
Shirley from Gluten-free Easily made this scrumptious Grain-free Coconut Banana mini loaves from Beth of Tasty Yummies.
Alta from Tasty Eats at Home made Alyssa the Queen of Quinoa’s Gluten Free Banana Bread Muffins. They look absolutely delightful and a perfect snack with a cup of tea.
Shannon of Enjoying Gluten Free Life made some GAPS-friendly Coconut Peanut Butter balls from Gaps Diet Journey. They look verrrry taste bud friendly too!
Dr. Jean from the Gluten Free Doctor made a lovely Orange-Wasabi Cabbage Salad from the Whole Life Nutrition Kitchen. Crunchy & colorful, this would be a welcome addition at my table anytime!
Debi from Hunter’s Lyonesse made three dishes from Johnathan of the Canary Files, and they all have me coveting the deliciousness from some Filipino recipes. Pancit bihon (stir-fried noodles), vegan crepes, and Ginisang Munggo (Filipino stir-fried mung beans).
Diane from the Whole Gang made this incredible Cauliflower Pizza from Gluten-Free Happy Tummy. I can’t wait to try this! I haven’t had pizza in a long time, and cauliflower is one of my favorite veggies.
Thanks to all the participants, and I hope you all found some great inspiration for new dishes to try. You can take that inspiration and enter in the next Adopt a Gluten Free Blogger event, details TBA.
If you haven’t tried these Pumpkin Spice Coconut Macaroons yet, or any recipe from Jenni of the Urban Poser, check it out now! These little morsels are an amazing snack or gift – I handed them out to a few “trick or treaters” at school on Halloween, and gave packages away as thank you gifts during a few conferences at work. And did I mention they are grain-free, egg-free, AND nut-free? What a trifecta!

Great round-up! Gonna have to go check some of these out! Thanks for hosting.
Thanks for your entry, and dedication to keeping it going!
I just today got a ping back on this post and had no idea I’d been “adopted”! Thanks for the link to my Coconut Peanut Butter balls. They are a good way to use coconut cream concentrate (aka coconut butter). I also enjoyed learning about more gluten-free blogs, great roundup!
I love coconut butter! And new blogs. Thanks for checking it out!
So many of these recipes just jump off the page; that’s always an inducement to try them IMHO! So happy to take part this month. Thank you for hosting and the great roundup, Kate!

Shirley
